Rick Morris is the Division President for Richmond American Homes in Phoenix.  Rick served as the Division President for Richmond in Northern Colorado before returning to Phoenix in his current role in August 2023.  Rick started his career with Richmond in Phoenix in 2012 and worked in land acquisition across the Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Salt Lake, Portland, and Austin Divisions for Richmond American, purchasing over 15,000 lots for the company in his career.

Richmond American will close over 3,000 homes for over $1.5B in home closing revenue in Phoenix market across 2023 and 2024.  Since Q4 of 2023 Richmond has closed on 2,000 lots for 23 new communities, and will close land for an additional 13 new communities before the end of the year.

Rick graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arizona in 2010 and 2011 and has been with his partner Kendall for 8 years.
