The Southwest Builders Show is Arizona’s largest business-to-business trade show for the home building community. It’s the perfect event that not only allows you the opportunity to meet key players in the home building community, but also to showcase your cutting edge products and services!

Southwest Builders Show Booth Options

Booth sales for the 2026 Southwest Builders Show will open for members on Wednesday, July 8 and non-members Wednesday, July 15.

10×10 Standard Booth | $1,350 (non-members | $2,550)

10×10 Premium Booth | $1,550 (available to members only)

Premium Booths are any booths that are considered most desirable due to high traffic areas or optimal location on the show floor. Premium Booths include booths that are near Sponsor Booths, corner booths due to their aisle visibility from two sides rather than one, and booths close to the main entry.

Booth package includes the following:

10′ x 10′ pipe & drape booth (8′ high back, 3′ side rails)
7″ x 44″ ID sign
booth listing in Exhibit Guide
booth recognition on show website
one 6′ table with skirting
two chairs
one wastebasket
potential increased traffic to your booth!

10×10 Sponsor Booth | $1,800 (available to members only)

Sponsor Booths are perfect for companies wishing to enhance their exposure to leading professionals within the home building industry.

How it works: The HBACA will be conducting a $1,500 drawing for Show attendees. To win the prize, attendees must visit each sponsor booth. Only those attendees who visit all sponsor booths will be eligible to enter the drawing. The greatest benefit for exhibitors who purchase sponsor booths is the potential for a significant increase in traffic to your booth. All you need to do is simply designate one person from your company to be in charge of the contest at your booth. It’s a win-win situation! Attendees win by having fun while visiting your booth, learning about your products or services and taking one step closer to qualifying for a chance to go home with $1,500. You win by meeting and networking with a large number of attendees. Additional sponsor booths may be added if an expansion to the show floor is necessary.

10×20 Premium Booth | $3,050 (available to members only)

Premium Booths are any booths that are considered most desirable due to high traffic areas or optimal location on the show floor.

10×20 Premium Front Row Booths | $3,450 (available to members only)

Front Row Booths are premium 10x20 spaces positioned along the entrance of the exhibit hall, offering maximum visibility and first impression as attendees enter the show floor.
