Yes. Exhibit Hall access is free for attendees. Optional add-on events — the P.A.S.S. Breakfast and Forecast Luncheon — are available for a separate fee.

Exhibit booth pricing generally ranges from around $1,350 for a standard 10x10 booth up to roughly $5,000 for larger premium booths, with pricing varying by booth size, location, and HBACA membership status.
What's included in a standard exhibit booth?
A 10×10 Standard Booth includes a pipe-and-drape booth (8' high back, 3' side rails), a 7"×44" ID sign, a booth listing in the Exhibit Guide, booth recognition on the show website, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket.
What happens at the Southwest Builders Show?
The day includes the Exhibit Hall (9:00 AM–4:00 PM, free, over 100 exhibitors), the members-only P.A.S.S. Breakfast (7:30–9:00 AM), the Forecast Luncheon (12:00–1:30 PM) featuring a keynote housing forecast and builder panel, and an Afternoon Networking Reception on the show floor.
What is the Forecast Luncheon?
The Forecast Luncheon is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and features a keynote speaker presenting the housing forecast for the year ahead, followed by a panel discussion with local builder executives on trends in the Phoenix metro housing market. It draws nearly 600 attendees.
What is the P.A.S.S. Breakfast?
The P.A.S.S. (Purchasing Agents, Suppliers & Subcontractors) Breakfast is an HBACA members-only networking event from 7:30–9:00 AM, where the Valley's leading builder purchasing agents and executives serve as table hosts, followed by a guest speaker on a current industry topic.
