Jeff Nielsen - Forecast Luncheon Builder Panel

Jeff Nielsen is Division President for Sekisui House U.S., Inc. and a seasoned homebuilding executive with extensive experience in land acquisition, entitlements, construction, operations, and residential development. Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles with Richmond American Homes, Toll Brothers, Oakwood Homes, Meritage Homes, and other leading organizations. Jeff also served as Vice Chairman of the Town of Queen Creek Planning Commission and taught Production Home Building at Arizona State University. He holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University.
