Leads, plan takeoffs, estimates from your own catalog, proposals signed online, change orders, invoices paid by card or ACH, schedules, files, and punch lists. Your client gets one place to see all of it instead of texting you for updates. Allowances stop being an argument: they pick their tile in the portal, and if it runs over, the difference becomes a change order they approve before you order anything. Warranty doesn't fall off the end either — every completed job carries its own clock, and callbacks get logged against it automatically. Subs get their own portal for RFQs and work orders.
