Bob Flaherty - Forecast Luncheon Builder Panel

Bob Flaherty is Division President of Toll Brothers’ Arizona Division. He has been with Toll Brothers for nearly 30 years and has led the Arizona Division since 2012. During his tenure, the Division has grown into one of Toll Brothers’ largest divisions. He also helped launch the company’s Utah Division in 2019 and led the operation for its first six years. He introduced an affordable-luxury product offering to Arizona, and led the vision and planning of Sterling Grove, one of Toll Brothers’ most iconic master-planned communities.

Bob served as Chairman of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona in 2017 and 2018. In 2022, the HBACA appointed him an Honorary Life Director in recognition of his many years of service. He is also a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, where he teaches the school’s only residential construction course, The Business of Homebuilding.

Bob holds a degree in Economics from UCLA. He and his wife, Margaret, have been married for 32 years and have four grown children. When he is not working or spending time with his family, Bob can generally be found on the golf course, where he considers himself an avid but humble golfer.
