Forecast Luncheon - Panel - Taylor Lilly

Taylor Lilly serves as Division President for Century Communities’ Phoenix Division, a role he has held since June 2023. He is responsible for leading the division’s operations, financial performance, and strategic growth.  Since joining Century Communities in April 2018, Mr. Lilly has held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Finance for the Mountain Region as well as Director of Internal Audit. Prior to Century Communities, he worked with KPMG from 2011 to 2018, providing consulting services across a range of industries. Mr. Lilly’s roots in the homebuilding industry trace back to his early years working for his family’s framing business, Top Line Construction, during high school and college. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University in 2011.
