Forecast Luncheon - Panel - Michael Fulmer

Michael Fulmer is the Division President of the Phoenix Division at K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC and will assume the role of West Group President of the Phoenix and California Divisions at K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC effective November 1, 2025. He began his career in the homebuilding industry in 2001 and joined K. Hovnanian in 2007. Before becoming Division President, Michael served as VP of Land Acquisition & Development. With nearly 25 years of experience, his career has focused on Land Acquisition and Finance. Prior to K. Hovnanian, he worked at Richmond American Homes in various Land Acquisition and Finance roles, including Regional VP of Land Acquisition & Entitlements. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
