1) Exhibitor/Company BioDue: ASAP
Please complete your company contact information using this link to be included in the Exhibitor Guide and listed on the SWBS website under the Exhibitors tab.
Stratton will also use this information to create your custom landing page. Once ready, he will share it with you. Use your page to invite current and potential clients to visit you at the show.

2) Exhibitor Kit & Ordering ServicesDue: TBD
You should have received an email from Heritage Exposition Services with access to the Exhibitor Kit. You can also download it here. We recommend saving a copy for quick access.

3) Certificate of Insurance (COI)Due: TBD
All exhibitors are required to carry insurance covering public liability, loss, damage, and theft.
Requirements:• Minimum policy: $1,000,000• Dates of coverage: 11/4/25 – 11/6/25• Must name: Home Builders Association of Central Arizona as Additional InsuredSend COIs directly from your insurer to: Lisa Rugloski — rugloskil@hbaca.org

4) Booth Staff RegistrationDue: TBD
You only need to register booth staff not already registered for the P.A.S.S. Breakfast or Forecast Luncheon (they’ll already receive name badges).

Each 10’×10’ booth includes:
